TYPE OF CUSTOMER: Italian company in the packaging sector for over 30 years.
CUSTOMER REQUEST: the customer requested a general aesthetic improvement of the Industrial Protection, with an increase in the transparent surface of the doors. Furthermore, with the aim of improving the closure of the doors, the customer requested a mechanical closure as an alternative to the use of magnets.
PROBLEMS FOUND:
- Elimination of aluminum profiles from doors.
- Installation of mechanical closure with absence of Aluminum Profiles.
- Even out the gap between the doors and the frame.
SOLUTIONS:
Use of thick transparent material, to eliminate the load-bearing profiles from the doors by increasing the transparent surface. Technical study for the installation of a mechanical closure, directly on the transparent material, obtaining an optimization of the stability of the doors in the opening and closing phase.
Installation of hinges adjustable in 3 directions to obtain an adjustment precise to the tenth of a millimeter.
